Karen Starkiss 'Creating an inclusive learning Environment for students with Dyslexia and other learning difficulties'

When : Thursday 17th March 2016
Time  : 9am - 3:30pm

This programme teaches CRT’s to recognise and meet the needs of children who are dyslexic and also children with other specific learning difficulties. The programme is intended to help CRT’s to be able to confidently support the children in class particularly in reading, spelling and maths. To understand more about different cognitive weaknesses that children have, such as: visual discrimination difficulties or auditory processing weakness. In addition they will be provided with the tools to meet the needs of these children in class and individually.  It is a full day Professional Learning.
