Interactive Whiteboards 4 CRTs

3 August 2012 (This is the first of 3 workshops - see below)

With so many different IWBs in schools today, this provides a challenge to our CRTs who are interested in using them. To unpack the IWB phenomena, this workshops allows all CRTs to:
* Understand the basics of IWBs including troubleshooting, connectivity and orienting/calibrating based on common board types;
* Recognise common features and literacy/numeracy tools to support all areas of the curriculum;
* Access useful and simple resources and activities that can be used on any IWB to improve student learning (especially in literacy and numeracy)
* Develop confidence in using IWBs through hands-on opportunities;

Where : Trades training facility out the front of Brauer college, Caramut Rd, Warrnambool
When : Friday 3rd August 2012
Cost : There is a one off cost of $40 for the Resource folder that will be used for the 3 workshops
