The Victorian Department of Education and Training has Managing Challenging Behaviours Professional Learning workshops (live max 2 staff per school can attend) and online courses (that require you to have school support to set up an account).
There is an online course called Behaviour Management for Relief Teachers by Bob Brandis at a cost of $20. It meets the Australian Standards 4.2 and 4.3 and gives you 1.5 hours of Professional Development.
The University of Melbourne and the University of Sydney have a webpage that is targeted to a University environment but covers very similar issues faced by teachers at any age group with a focus on learning. There are online videos covering strategies and examples. These are free.
